Project Manager – French Market

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead our expansion in the French market. You will act as a trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our digital learning solutions and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding evolving training needs.
• Guide new clients through onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert.
• Analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and implement strategies to boost satisfaction and program success.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand client partnerships.
• Collect feedback, optimize learner experience, and contribute to product evolution.
• Share industry best practices and training optimization insights with clients.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in French with intermediate English proficiency.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.
• Experience in training, e‑learning, or HR SaaS solutions is a plus.
