About the role

Inspired Education is seeking a Junior School Support Teacher for PaRK International School. Working closely with bilingual homeroom teachers, you will provide targeted academic and language support to students aged 6‑10, helping them achieve their full potential in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver focused intervention in core subjects such as Math, English, Portuguese and Sciences.
• Implement differentiation strategies for students needing academic reinforcement or EAL support.
• Run small‑group sessions and one‑on‑one tutoring to close learning gaps.
• Co‑plan with homeroom teachers and adapt inclusive learning materials.
• Model empathy, resilience and positive reinforcement to promote student well‑being.
• Supervise transitions, break times and assemblies to ensure campus safety.
• Track progress and provide structured feedback to teachers and the SENCO team.
• Contribute to grade‑level pedagogical meetings and uphold safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Primary Education, Educational Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Portuguese proficiency highly valued.
• Proven experience with children aged 6‑10 in international or bilingual settings.
• Proactive, learner‑focused mindset with a passion for multicultural teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience using educational technology such as iPads, Seesaw and Microsoft Teams.
