About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Product Designer. You will craft intuitive, delightful user experiences that span mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms, working closely with Product Management, Engineering and User Research. This is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for iOS, Android and web, following platform guidelines.
• Own the full design process, from concept and user flows to final visual design, delivering a responsive experience across devices.
• Work with Product Managers on strategy and requirements, and with Engineers on technical feasibility and handoff.
• Refine designs using user feedback, A/B testing and analytics to improve satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Advocate UX best practices, improve design processes and tooling, and mentor less experienced designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field.
• About 3+ years of experience in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography and colour theory, with attention to usability.
• Familiarity with native mobile patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design) and responsive web design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback.

What we offer

• Apple hardware ecosystem for work.
• Annual bonus, health and life insurance, pension fund and transportation budget.
• Coverflex benefits package, childcare support and meals free at the hub.
• Air Conference and Urban Sports Club membership.
