Presentation Designer – Investment Banking

About the role

The Presentation Designer will join the Lisbon Investment Banking Publishing Team, supporting BNP Paribas professionals across Advisory, Capital Markets and Coverage in the EMEA region. You will turn complex financial data into clear, compelling visual stories that help drive client engagements and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and IB professionals to transform financial data into visually appealing presentations.
• Design and enhance pitch decks, investment memorandums and other client‑facing documents.
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative design concepts.
• Correct typographical and formatting errors, ensuring changes are traceable.
• Maintain a library of standard presentation assets such as template slides, maps, icons and images.
• Train new users on PowerPoint and related tools, sharing BNP Paribas best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Fine Arts or Design.
• Professional experience in a marketing or design role, preferably within an investment bank or consulting firm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
