People Operations Coordinator

About the role

As a People Operations Coordinator you will ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience across the full lifecycle for over 700 employees in multiple countries, supporting the People Operations team with day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments and first‑line employee support.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system and prepare employment agreements and change letters.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation, policies and SOPs.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits and leave.
• Ensure compliance with local labour law regulations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in Portugal.
• Support the team in reducing administrative workload through clearer processes and automation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role (mandatory).
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and high data‑accuracy standards.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
