About the role
Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join its team and work on critical systems for leading organisations in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy. The position includes relocation to Portugal and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications that support millions of users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects on time.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Pega development.
- English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Strong alignment with corporate ethics, customer focus and teamwork.
