About the role
We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to join our Lisbon team, providing technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle of OutSystems projects. You will guide developers, design scalable architectures, and ensure delivery of high‑quality applications that meet client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for end‑to‑end OutSystems projects and validate high‑performing architectures.
- Manage the technical backlog, support the Product Owner in prioritisation, and conduct sprint planning.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conduct code reviews and enforce OutSystems best practices.
- Identify technical risks, ensure delivery quality through testing, POCs and QA, and act as a bridge between development and project management.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with OutSystems and at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
- OutSystems Associate Tech Lead certification (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
