Outsystems Engineer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

Qualitest is seeking two Outsystems Engineers to join its Lisbon team. You will design, develop, and maintain low‑code business applications using the OutSystems platform, contributing to the company’s digital portfolio while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Outsystems applications following best practices.
• Create and execute unit and integration tests.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical insights and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in Outsystems application development.
• Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into design and code.
• Experience integrating Outsystems with external systems via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Background in digital B2C/B2B channels is a plus.
• OutSystems certification and good English communication skills.
