Night Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

As a Night Supervisor at Hampton by Hilton Lisbon City Centre Baixa, you will lead the overnight team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial handling, and exceptional guest experiences throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise nightly audit, posting and balancing of financial transactions across all departments.
• Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre‑shift meetings and provide on‑the‑spot coaching.
• Respond directly to guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues, supporting team members as needed.
• Post and reconcile daily revenue, credit‑card transactions and financial reports.
• Review cashier reports for accuracy, correct errors and ensure system alignment.
• Partner with the Guest Operations Manager on guest issues and emergency situations.
• Lead special projects, department initiatives or ad‑hoc assignments.
• Attend mandatory F&B service trainings and, when scheduled, perform order‑taking, delivery and table clearing.
