Modern Workplace Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

Consort Group is looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer who is fluent in French to join its Porto Service Center. You will work on evolving, securing and maintaining end‑user infrastructure for complex enterprise environments, supporting both French and broader European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enhancements to client end‑user infrastructure.
• Participate in Modern Workplace transformation projects and customize deployments.
• Align solutions with vendor‑supported versions and standards.
• Perform regular updates, security patches and version controls.
• Ensure operational stability of Windows‑based Modern Workplace environments.
• Execute large‑scale background tasks using automation tools.
• Take part in technical and operational meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demanding enterprise infrastructure environments, focusing on Modern Workplace and end‑user services.
• Comfort working in complex ecosystems and contributing to infrastructure evolution projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in multicultural settings.
