MLOps Engineer – Hybrid Cloud Platform

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an MLOps Engineer to help shape the future of automotive multimedia by building a scalable, hybrid‑cloud MLOps platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and operate end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines that support data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the MLOps strategy for a hybrid cloud environment, aligning with business goals and security standards.
• Design a self‑service MLOps platform covering the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model monitoring.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to provision cloud and on‑premises resources.
• Ensure robust security practices for sensitive data and ML models across hybrid environments.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to proactively detect platform issues.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating MLOps platforms in hybrid cloud settings.
• Strong understanding of security requirements for data and model protection.
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
