Marketing Representative

About the role

Turkish Airlines is seeking a creative and sales‑driven Marketing Representative to support its growth in the airline market. You will combine market research, sales strategy development, and client relationship management to boost revenue and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets by building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Monitor regional sales performance, recommend actions to maximise revenue, market share and loyalty.
• Provide Sales Managers with regular updates on portfolio performance, market trends, competitor activity and feedback.
• Develop action plans and assist in designing sales and marketing strategies for the territory.
• Visit travel agencies and corporate clients on a regular basis to strengthen commercial relationships.
• Promote Turkish Airlines corporate and leisure products, including special segments such as marine, humanitarian, cruise, student and MICE.
• Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows and familiarisation trips.
• Negotiate agreements with corporate clients and manage ongoing performance.
• Deliver product training to agencies to keep them informed of new services.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese.
• Valid work permit or citizenship in the country of employment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
