Marketing & Operations Assistant

About the role

The Marketing & Operations Assistant will support the Project Manager, Head of Production and Social Content Strategist in delivering content, campaigns and projects on time and on brand. This remote, part‑time contractor role blends social media coordination, marketing assistance and production operations to keep workflows smooth and systems accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Social Content Strategist to execute brand narratives, campaigns and content plans across platforms.
• Assist in drafting captions, hooks, hashtags and tone‑specific messaging tailored to each client’s voice and goals.
• Maintain and update content calendars, editorial schedules and publishing workflows.
• Monitor trends by studying leading creators and cultural figures to keep content formats current.
• Support creative brainstorming and propose platform‑specific content ideas.
• Ensure operational order by coordinating details, tracking follow‑ups and keeping systems clean.
