Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to tell the story of Sardina Systems, an OpenInfra software platform built on OpenStack, Kubernetes and Ceph. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape our brand presence across social media, email and partner channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Sardina’s LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other relevant social platforms, including content planning, posting and community engagement.
• Create clean graphics, banners and infographics using design tools such as Figma.
• Build, schedule and analyse email newsletters and campaigns with Mailchimp.
• Coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with technology partners, resellers and community organisations, handling timelines and deliverables.
• Support event participation from call‑for‑papers to follow‑up campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular reports on marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email platform.
• Basic visual design ability to produce on‑brand assets independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple external stakeholders.
• Excellent written English and clear communication style.
• Interest in B2B technology environments.
• Based in or willing to work within European time zones (CET/EET).
