Long-Form Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Long‑Form Video Editor to produce polished podcast and YouTube content. The role is fully remote and full‑time, collaborating with producers, hosts and the creative team to deliver engaging long‑form videos.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce long‑form podcast episodes for YouTube, ensuring clear audio and minimal background noise.
• Enhance audio from non‑professional recordings, balance levels, and add music or sound effects.
• Edit full‑length podcast videos, incorporating transitions, titles, images and B‑roll while optimizing pacing for viewer engagement.
• Prepare platform‑specific assets such as thumbnails, trim videos for retention and apply YouTube best practices.
• Collaborate with producers, hosts and creative teams, incorporate feedback and align edits with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 23 years of experience editing long‑form video content for platforms like YouTube.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality podcast episodes and YouTube videos.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; self‑starter able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Adobe Audition for audio engineering.
• Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review platforms.
• Understanding of YouTube long‑form content best practices.
