About the role
As a B2C Key Account Manager at LG Electronics Portugal you will be responsible for managing chain customers in the built‑in appliances business, developing sales, strengthening relationships and driving revenue and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and plan customer accounts while achieving sales targets through the chains channel.
- Accurately forecast sales, track and control stock levels (sell‑in vs sell‑out).
- Understand customer needs, generate business, resolve issues and maintain trust.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Negotiate assortment and promotional plans, present LG product road‑maps and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate on forecasting and supply processes, monitoring daily supplies.
- Manage KPI’s, monthly sell‑out budget, produce quarterly account reports and define investment to maximise exposure.
Required profile
- Degree in Management or Marketing.
- At least 4 years of experience managing the built‑in appliances category in a B2C environment.
- Proven experience in B2C business with strong analytical, planning and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Resilience and willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
