Junior Salesforce Developer – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking graduate to join our new Salesforce CRM Centre of Excellence in Portugal. This junior position offers hands‑on experience building and customizing Salesforce solutions while working alongside seasoned project managers, business analysts and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and develop CRM solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build and test custom components and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications under guidance.
• Apply best practices and stay current with Salesforce platform updates.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in software development using languages such as C# or Java.
• Understanding of databases and basic system architecture concepts.
• Strong motivation to learn Salesforce and CRM development.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (residence permit or work visa). Portuguese is a plus.
