IT Administrator – Game Studio (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Administrator to support our Lisbon game studio. You will ensure the daily operation, maintenance and improvement of the local IT environment, providing a stable and efficient setup for developers, artists and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support to studio staff, including hardware setup, software installation and user account management.
• Maintain and monitor networking infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN) and ensure secure connectivity with Barcelona and China offices.
• Configure, deploy and maintain high‑performance workstations, peripherals and development kits.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, handling hardware, software and access rights.
• Ensure reliable backups, apply security patches and manage antivirus protection for all local systems.
• Support compliance with company IT policies, audits and GDPR requirements.
• Coordinate with development and DevOps teams to support build pipelines and version‑control systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of IT administration experience, preferably in a creative or technical production environment such as gaming.
• Strong background supporting Windows environments; Linux/macOS experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese or Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Service‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
