Internal Auditor – Operations & Quality Assurance

About the role

Revolut is seeking an Internal Auditor to lead and implement its Quality Assurance programme while supporting the broader internal audit function. You will work closely with the Head of Internal Audit and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure audit processes are efficient, data‑driven and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Design, structure and execute operational activities that support the Internal Audit function, including standard programmes and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Prepare periodic reporting materials, such as audit committee papers, for global stakeholders.
• Conduct internal quality reviews, publish findings and develop remediation action plans.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance audit processes in line with industry best practices.
• Leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to assess risk, test controls and identify process inefficiencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an audit‑related role within a regulated financial services environment or technology company.
• Proven experience delivering internal quality‑assurance reviews or audits.
• Strong track record of designing and prioritising operations‑related tasks in an audit function.
• Knowledge of IIA standards and proficiency in interpreting data.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
