Head of Project Execution EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Project Execution to lead the delivery of complex supply‑chain and intralogistics projects across the EMEA region. You will ensure projects are staffed appropriately, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while satisfying client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of multi‑country projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, integration) in a matrix environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and roadmaps aligned with Körber Group and BA Supply Chain objectives.
• Identify risks to schedule, cost, and quality; create mitigation plans and report to senior management.
• Lead resolution of complex project issues together with PMO experts and external partners.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage the Project Execution budget and financial targets for the EMEA region.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply‑chain management, intralogistics, or project execution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a multicultural, multi‑regional environment.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, cross‑border projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk and change management practices.
