About the role
Revolut is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive adoption of its Business products in the German market. You will combine industry knowledge with a solution‑oriented sales approach to match customers with the best features and accelerate revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to identify opportunities for deeper relationships.
- Build rapport through discovery calls, check‑ins and follow‑ups.
- Explain how Revolut Business features compare to competitors and communicate the value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with team KPIs.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of sales or commercial experience, preferably B2B.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in telesales or account management with consistent target achievement.
Required skills
- Strong analytical mindset to spot hidden opportunities.
- Project management and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Advanced pricing strategy and negotiation experience.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
