Graphic Designer – Visual Identity Specialist

About the role

Manty is looking for a visionary Graphic Designer to shape and maintain the visual identity of the company and its internal brands. You will translate strategic concepts into compelling visual assets that reinforce Manty's bold corporate strategy across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and steward the visual identity for Manty and its internal brands, ensuring originality and consistency.
• Create graphic materials for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and print media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative insight for strategic projects.
• Support brand‑centric initiatives by delivering high‑impact visual solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in branding and institutional communication.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, able to articulate ideas in both languages.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
