Graphic Designer – Visual Communications

About the role

The Graphic Designer 1 supports multiple global business units by delivering design executions that align with marketing plans, strategic initiatives, and project objectives. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, the role works under guidance to ensure visual solutions meet brand standards and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design projects and ad‑hoc requests across the organization while meeting deadlines.
• Translate business requirements and creative direction into visual solutions using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create digital assets, infographics, web graphics, iconography, flowcharts, presentations, and perform basic photo retouching.
• Support concept development and present design solutions with guidance from senior creative staff.
• Perform basic video editing, assist with videos, animations, or motion graphics as needed.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA) in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional design experience.
• Experience working within established corporate brand guidelines.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional work ethic.
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Workfront.
• Basic video production and editing – Adobe Premiere, After Effects (preferred).
