Graduate Marketing Manager (Nordics)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager to support its expansion across the Nordics. The role combines two rotations – a regional rotation working with local marketers and a channel‑focused rotation collaborating with branding, media buying, events and partnership teams – to give you a holistic view of the business and fast‑track your development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local marketers to design and launch campaigns that adapt Revolut’s global strategy to the Danish, Finnish and Norwegian markets.
• Co‑create innovative marketing programmes with branding, media buying, events and partnership teams (e.g., Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, Sziget Festival).
• Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs and translate insights into growth decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing plans.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for multi‑channel initiatives and support cross‑regional projects.

Required profile

• Fluency in Danish, Finnish and/or Norwegian.
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a recognised university with a minimum GPA of 60 % (UK) or 8/10 elsewhere.
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, technology or marketing.
• Strong project‑management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling aptitude and a desire to build data‑analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for a full‑time position.
