FX Sales Conversion – Brazilian Portuguese (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Brazilian Portuguese‑speaking professional to join a fast‑growing FX brokerage in Lisbon. The role focuses on converting warm leads into funded trading accounts, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression within a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads into funded trading accounts.
• Build strong relationships with Brazilian clients and support them through onboarding.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market opportunities.
• Drive client deposits and increase trading activity.
• Conduct consistent follow‑ups to maximise client lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or conversion roles (FX, crypto, or iGaming is advantageous).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on performance and earnings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales environment.
