Full-Stack Developer (PHP & JavaScript)

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a motivated Full‑Stack Developer to join its growing technology team. You will work on a marketplace application serving partners in banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications and more, delivering high‑quality features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable features for the marketplace, including dashboards, APIs and user‑facing components.
• Build, evolve and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs supporting vehicle‑related services and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI and Partner teams to translate requirements into reliable deliverables.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews and adherence to security and CI/CD best practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and continuously improve both frontend and backend solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer in a product‑oriented environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP and API development.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end features in fast‑moving, agile teams.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows.
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.
