French & English Customer Retention Specialist (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French and English Customer Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing team supporting a global digital brand. This fully remote position, based in Portugal, combines customer experience with commercial impact, focusing on loyalty, churn reduction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.

• Monthly package: Base salary €920 plus performance bonus up to €360.
