French Customer Support Specialist – On‑Site in Porto

About the role

We are expanding our customer experience team in Porto and are looking for French‑speaking professionals to provide high‑quality assistance for users of global telecom products. The position is on‑site, with a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 07:00‑19:00.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking clients via phone, email and live‑chat, delivering prompt and courteous service.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical queries related to telecom subscriptions, connectivity and billing.
• Accurately record all interactions, complaints and outcomes in the internal CRM/ticketing system.
• Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, response times and quality standards.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level proficiency in French and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call centre or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong computer and data‑entry abilities, comfortable navigating CRM and ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills under pressure.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts Monday‑Saturday, 07:00‑19:00.
• Residency within 30 km of Porto and valid EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card with local tax (NIF) and social security (NISS) documentation.
