French Content Moderator (Remote)

About the role

Accenture’s Trust & Safety team is looking for a French‑speaking Content Moderator to help keep online platforms safe and engaging. You will review user‑generated content, apply client policies, and support a healthier internet experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content (text, audio, video) according to client guidelines using dedicated tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving client policies and ensure consistent application.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community while maintaining objectivity and neutrality.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to boost quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions for role development.
• Handle socially sensitive topics responsibly to protect community safety.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong emotional resilience, stress‑management, and coping skills.
• Objective decision‑making free of personal bias.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and awareness of political/social contexts in the supported region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible shift availability.

Required skills
