The role focuses on meticulous proofreading and quality checking before client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and quality‑check pharmaceutical and healthcare materials across print and digital formats.
• Verify accuracy, consistency, grammar, and compliance with regulated industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, designers, and delivery teams to produce client‑ready assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience proofreading within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical communications environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written English skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance capacity.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
