Financial Controller – Corporate Functions

About the role

As a Financial Controller within the Corporate Functions team, you will support the business by delivering accurate financial information, ensuring efficient processes, and enabling effective decision‑making across global finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate day‑to‑day finance activities, including investment handling, budgeting and planning.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on CapEx and R&D figures to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to guarantee correct project accounting and meet deadlines.
• Maintain adherence to timelines for controlling processes and monthly closing.
• Identify opportunities to challenge the status quo, implement improvements, and support automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Document and manage handover of new activities during take‑over phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally connected setting.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO/AM (preferred).
