Extracurricular Internship: Agile & Testing Coordination

About the role

This 12‑month extracurricular internship supports the Bosch Home Comfort division in Aveiro by facilitating agile processes and coordinating testing activities. You will work closely with engineering teams and laboratories to ensure smooth workflow and transparent communication.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily agile meetings, follow‑ups, retrospectives and other ceremonies.
• Improve visibility of priorities, progress, and impediments across teams.
• Coordinate alignment among engineering stakeholders and support continuous improvement of collaboration.
• Assist with test and sample coordination, including sample availability, shipment, and logistics for the Design Validation Plan.

Required profile

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in agile ways of working and coordination roles.
• Comfortable working in an office‑based coordination role with interfaces to engineering teams and labs.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities; structured, proactive and reliable.
