About the role

Revolut is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to drive the creation and scaling of new products at rapid speed. You will own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to go‑to‑market execution, working across a global financial ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a new product from scratch or turn around an existing under‑performing initiative.
• Own the product P&L, shaping strategy, revenue model, growth, and optimisation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product journey: ideation, design, development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Hire, set goals, and lead a high‑performing team, conducting regular 1:1s.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in STEM or another highly quantitative field from a top‑tier university.
• 4+ years in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment (startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• 2+ years of startup experience as a founder or co‑founder.
• Proven track record of hiring and directly managing teams of 10+ people.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.

• Hands‑on coding experience with SQL.
• Hands‑on coding experience with Python.
• Hands‑on coding experience with R.
