Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) is looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate online growth across global markets. The role combines hands‑on digital execution with strategic planning to ensure the brand is discoverable, competitive, and continuously optimized on all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to inform SEO strategy.
• Perform technical SEO audits, manage fixes (site speed, indexing, schema, redirects) and monitor rankings using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge or SEMrush.
• Develop and optimize on‑page elements, landing pages, and blog content in collaboration with content teams.
• Support e‑Commerce platform performance, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Leverage generative‑AI to enhance search initiatives and drive measurable results across regional business units.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale SEO/SEM campaigns within a global corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and business stakeholders.
