About the role
We are seeking a Data Science Lead to drive fashion‑focused analytics for our Hugo Boss Digital Campus in Porto. You will translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful insights.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client interactions and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and data‑architecture projects.
- Translate business problems into clear analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, deliver presentations, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Identify new opportunities beyond current project scopes.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate the work of the entire team.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of professional experience in analytics or data science.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, computer science).
- Strong analytical thinking, hypothesis development, and recommendation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
