Data Analyst

About the role

Avincis is looking for a business‑oriented Data Analyst to join its Data & AI team. Reporting to the Head of Data & AI, you will act as the bridge between the data function and the Executive Committee, turning executive needs into actionable analytics, dashboards, and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the business voice within the Data & AI team.
• Gather and translate executive requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support agile adoption.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and support data extraction processes.
• Develop and deliver high‑quality dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Train business stakeholders on data interpretation and self‑service analytics.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex data environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure Boards.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot (a plus).
