About the role
Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist supporting the Nespresso brand. You will be the first point of contact for both B2C and B2B customers, delivering high‑quality assistance across voice, email and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email and chat, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prioritize first‑contact resolution to enhance overall experience.
- Handle complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
- Advise customers on the full range of Nespresso products and services.
- Promote product benefits to spark interest and drive satisfaction.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
