Customer Service Representative – Relocate to Portugal

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our multicultural team in Portugal. The role is based in Lisbon and Porto and offers a chance to work with world‑famous brands across technology, travel, fashion, and entertainment. No prior experience is required as we provide full paid training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat (no cold calling).
• Help users resolve account issues, track shipments, and troubleshoot technical queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through polite, helpful, and efficient support.
• Collaborate with an international team of colleagues across Europe.

Required profile

• Fluency in one of the listed languages (e.g., Danish, German, French, Spanish, Polish, etc.) at native or fluent level.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid Portuguese work visa.

Required skills
