Customer Service Advisor (English-speaking)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Customer Service Advisor in Porto. You will handle inbound calls from English‑speaking customers, helping them with contract renewals, cancellations, and service inquiries while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls related to contract cancellations, renewals, and end‑of‑contract notifications.
• Communicate with existing and internal customers to answer queries and arrange services.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in internal databases.
• Analyze customer behavior and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Handle complaints, develop retention strategies, and negotiate contract renewals.
• Document call notes and actions taken, and build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Participate in coaching sessions to improve call structure and retention outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English (C1) – written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Strong curiosity about the cryptocurrency market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fast learner and diligent work ethic.
