Coordenador de Produção

About the role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to lead daily operations in our food and supplement manufacturing plant. You will ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met while supporting a fast‑growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, guaranteeing adherence to targets, quality and safety.
• Coordinate production operators to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Plan production schedules and keep accurate records.
• Ensure all necessary materials are available for uninterrupted production.
• Report performance metrics and issues to the Production Manager.
• Assist in training and onboarding new production staff.

Required profile

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience supervising teams (preferred).
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production setting.
• High sense of responsibility, leadership and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort with technology and production‑related software.
