Contract Administrator – French & Dutch Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Contract Administrator who will manage contract compliance and registration within our SAP ERP system. The role works closely with sales, legal, order management and other internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant and executed smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to review customer requirements and contract terms.
• Prepare, review and register sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the lifecycle, generate reports and trigger corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to guarantee timely invoicing and delivery according to contract specifications.
• Provide guidance to the sales team on contract‑related queries.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance contract administration efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
