About the role

Join Sword Health as a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board‑Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in a full‑time remote capacity. You will deliver comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care while guiding patients and families through personalized lactation plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
• Develop individualized lactation plans, address breastfeeding challenges, and educate patients on best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical documentation and medical records.
• Contribute to the creation of educational resources for patients and staff.

Required profile

• Certification as a Nurse Midwife and as an International Board‑Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
• Demonstrated experience in antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Strong communication and patient‑education skills with a compassionate approach.
• Proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving healthcare technologies.
