Brand & Packaging Design Expert

About the role

The Brand & Packaging Design Expert supports global brands in creating, rolling out, and adapting brand identity and packaging design systems. Acting as a design steward, the role ensures design excellence and consistency across markets while enabling local adaptation without compromising brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand identity and packaging design systems for assigned global brands, aligning with strategic business unit (SBU) strategy.
• Partner with global strategic design and branding agencies to provide direction, challenge concepts, and validate artworks and guidelines.
• Support SBU, zone, and market teams in implementing and rolling out brand and packaging systems worldwide.
• Guide packaging adaptation and localization, collaborating with agencies, Nestlé Business Services, and markets to maintain quality and brand coherence.
• Oversee the creation and evolution of brand standards and brand portal guidance, focusing on packaging and portfolio architecture.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Strong interest in brand and packaging design for consumer packaged goods.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
