Boutique Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Cartier International is seeking a passionate Boutique Assistant to join its flagship boutique in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure a seamless and memorable experience, supporting sales associates and contributing to daily boutique operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, manage waiting times, and provide storytelling about the Maison.
• Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, including set‑up, set‑down, and daily replenishment of supplies.
• Assist sales associates with gift‑wrapping, discreet tasks, and quick client services such as cordon changes and polishing.
• Support boutique activation campaigns (e.g., Easter, Mother’s Day) and inform the team about local events that may interest clients.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to support gifting strategies and onboarding of new BA interns.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer focus, team spirit, and a genuine passion for luxury and the Cartier Maison.
