About the role
We are seeking a proactive B2B Global Training and Enablement Manager to lead the learning journey of our commercial teams across more than 50 markets. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Excellence, you will design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding and development programmes that drive performance for sales and account management functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end onboarding for new commercial hires worldwide, including scheduling, facilitation, role‑play assessments and feedback.
- Design and run a regular training calendar covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation and competitive positioning.
- Maintain and expand a centralized training content library and knowledge‑management hub.
- Collect feedback from commercial teams, analyse performance data and identify skill gaps to create targeted interventions.
- Provide frontline managers with coaching frameworks, tools and best practices for 1‑2‑1 and team sessions.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, regional leaders and market managers to ensure high‑quality, market‑relevant delivery.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in training, enablement, coaching or a hands‑on B2B commercial role, preferably in a fast‑scaling SaaS environment.
- Strong facilitation skills, able to engage audiences from 2 to 200 participants across different regions and seniority levels.
- Highly organised and self‑directed, comfortable building programmes from scratch.
- Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to shape learning interventions.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging Generative AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
