AI Solutions Engineer – Fashion

About the role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. You will work on cutting‑edge AI projects that support a leading premium fashion brand, turning business challenges into intelligent automation and data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with central and local data teams to build and maintain a context layer for AI, including knowledge graphs, ontologies, governance graphs and data lineage frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipeline architectures and apply advanced prompt, context, memory and harness engineering techniques.
• Translate business requirements into AI‑enabled use cases and workflows, identifying high‑value automation opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI models, tools and frameworks and bring relevant innovations to the team.
• Contribute to the design of agentic AI systems and AI orchestration architectures that are robust, scalable and production‑ready.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of professional experience in AI, data engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
