Aesthetic Nurse – Patient Experience & Clinical Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Aesthetic Nurse to join our premium aesthetic and weight‑management clinic in Lisbon. The role combines hands‑on clinical work with patient‑experience management, ensuring each client receives personalized care from the first consultation through treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the clinical team’s schedule and prepare treatment rooms.
• Conduct pre‑consultations, guide patients through their aesthetic journey and answer questions.
• Assist physicians during aesthetic and laser procedures as needed.
• Perform laser treatments and support a range of aesthetic procedures.
• Contribute to overall patient experience and, when appropriate, suggest suitable treatments.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Interest in patient consulting and willingness to develop sales skills.

Required skills

• Laser treatment administration.
