Accountant – Full‑Cycle Accounting & Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will handle a range of accounting functions including receivables, payables, payroll, and month‑end close.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices, record cash receipts, and manage customer aging reports.
• Enter and verify payable invoices, issue payments, and generate vendor aging reports.
• Process payroll, review time‑and‑attendance data, and file payroll tax returns.
• Perform month‑end reconciliations, journal entries, and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare tax‑related informatives (e.g., 480, 1099, W‑2) and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Analyze expenses, resolve collection issues, and support ad‑hoc financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Candidate for CPA or CMA certification.
• Approximately three years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, analytical, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
