Account Manager – Client Relationship & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role you will build long‑term relationships, understand client needs, and ensure they receive maximum value from our products and services to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Proactively identify client challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional products or services to existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to develop account growth strategies.
• Track and report on key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our offerings.
