International Events Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Event Catering

About the role

Join DO & CO’s elite event catering team and deliver world‑class service at high‑profile international sporting events, including the upcoming Formula 1 Grand Prix in Portugal. As a waiter or waitress you will be the face of the brand, creating memorable experiences for VIP guests in fast‑paced, luxury environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a designated section during large‑scale events, ensuring seamless service flow.
• Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and hospitality.
• Serve VIP guests with the full range of DO & CO food and beverage offerings.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown of luxury dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to uphold quality and timing.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes in event schedules.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced service environments.
• Energetic, charismatic presence on the restaurant floor.
